Worked with AI his entire life, speaker at nearly every major AI conference in the country. AWS Advanced Tier Partner. Builded and deployed to market dozens of AI applications, including highly specialized analytical, legal, medical, diagnostic and customer-facing AIs. Consulted more projects than he can count. Mentor for many tech startups and student science projects. We don't clone him only because it's illegal. After hours, a fan of arcane computer games.

Data Scientist / Alpha team

Expert-level Data Scientist, with vast practical experience of 30+ scientific and business AI or data-based projects. Worked with some of the biggest companies on the planet. Data has few secrets to him - Grzegorz has developed full-scale galactic simulation models or analysed satellite data for space agencies. He modelled the space environment for the Eagle Eye - the largest and most advanced Polish space satellite mission to date. PhD in astrophysics, researcher at the astronomical unit of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

Customer & Business Operations / Bravo team

Self made man. Active investor. Natural born people's partner, always looking for ways to make the customer and the project successful. Active in business since he was 13. By the day he turned 18, he already had a portfolio, skillset and character that would impress an MBA graduate. Won a special award at NASA's 26-hour hackathon for exceptional work ethic and performance under pressure. You can't distract him or make him angry - he's so focused on winning the long game, he makes it inevitable.

Software & ML engineer, AI operator, enterprise projects / Echo team

Engineer with a rare skill set - great at talking with both machines and humans. Mathematician, developer, machine learning engineer, marathon code writer, extremely fast learner. At Costrum took on an experimental role, designed especially for him, maximizing his talents. Founding member of the Echo team. Before Costrum, he spent years working on enterprise-level software projects in the largest corporations. He left the corporate world to join the space mission of Costrum. Writes code for the Rocket Section of the AGH Space Systems team, multiple champion of Mars rover challenges. Pursuing a 2nd degree in astrophysics in his free time - just because it's fascinating. Privately, a rock climber and fan of Jacek Dukaj's prose.

One of the most talented software engineers of his generation, coding since he was 13. Founding member of the Charlie team. The most optimistic and friendly engineer you'll ever meet. Wiktor is AI native, effectively commands a team of AI agents, created some himself.

Founder of multiple startups (SaaS software, B2B & B2B hardware manufacturing/services). A few reached market & profitability. Full startup career path: intern to senior to CEO/founder. Experienced in all stages of the startup lifecycle: from "one man + laptop" to #1 software leader, later acquired by a global corporation. Currently the CEO and founder of Costrum, focusing on AI for the space industry and helping humans become an interplanetary species. Ex-scientist, ex-pro traveler. At 13, cycled 1700 km to Rome, Italy. At 17, completed a 1000 km trekking trail in Spain. By age 20, hitchhiked 20,000 km (through 20 countries across 3 continents), interviewing 3 Nobel Peace Prize laureates.
